We need Twenty Five Realtors in Washington State who are interested in working with us and helping us understand the unique needs of Realtors bookkeeping services and in exchange we will be offering the entire 2013 data entry and bookkeeping services for $99.00 including full access to Xero Accounting Online until 01-31-14. Anyone interested in continuing further will be offered ongoing Xero Online Accounting and business consulting at a discounted rate.

This offer is for Realtors in Washington State only, not Realtors with rental property or construction contracting companies. We will expand to other parts of the USA and include Realtors with rental property or construction contracting companies later in 2014.

We do not prepare the annual tax return; however we will work with whomever does their tax return to access the data until 01-31-14.

Xero Accounting Online has been around since 2006 and frankly I have been ignoring it because it seemed too simple and basic; however, it has improved dramatically and we decided to and add it to our firm. Randal DeHart has attended classes and passed the exam to be a Xero certified accountant.
