Primary software we use is QuickBooks For Contractors Desktop Version in a cloud environment.  We use an Intuit approved Commercial Hosting service to host in the cloud for us the US Version of QuickBooks for Contractors. It is optional that clients need or want access to their QuickBooks For Contractors file. We have a Reports Application (also approved by Intuit) that provides the most Common QuickBooks For Contractors financial reports in a web based environment.

Staying late allows our clients to drop in as part of a loop at the end of their day. A couple clients find it is easier (faster) for me to pull reports / cut checks / stuff them while they work on bids / make phone calls / etc.....and we chat about management stuff......

Mornings:  I usually start making outbound phone calls at 10:00 AM - use mornings as a flex time.....

Answering emails. As someone who also has a home office, it could be any time after midnight and before dawn (my time) that I will respond to your email…only our active clients receive new emails that early.
